Melba Benson, a warm and friendly presence at Seaside Chiropractic, brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for patient care to her role as the receptionist. Originally hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana, Melba and her husband embarked on a new chapter in Key Largo in 1985, where they found their beloved home.

Having been a patient herself of Dr. Leslie Merritt and Dr. Malea Joel long before her role as a receptionist, Melba brings a unique perspective to the team. Her journey from patient to a vital part of the Seaside family reflects her dedication to the well-being of each individual who walks through the door.

Melba finds immense pleasure in meeting with patients, making them feel welcome, and ensuring their experience at Seaside Chiropractic is a positive one. Beyond her professional role, her personal pursuits include reading and a heartwarming hobby of crocheting prayer shawls, which underscores her compassionate nature.
